Earlier this year my uncle passed away in an accident, leaving behind his wife and 6 kids, ages 0 to 11. This is their first Christmas without him, and they're going through a rough time.

I love The Smile Song. It has never failed to make me smile. My cousins are also big fans of My Little Pony and I wanted to somehow send that happiness I feel to them. I made this and put it on a postcard with some lyrics on the back.

It's true some days are dark and lonely

And maybe you feel sad

But Pinkie will be there to show you that it isn't that bad

There's one thing that makes me happy and makes my whole life worthwhile

And that's when I talk to my friends and get them to smile!

So when they look at this, I hope they remember that there's lots of people out there that are thinking about them and would love to see them smile.
